If you haven't received your order within the estimated delivery time for your country, please contact us with your order number, and we will review your order history to find a solution as quickly as possible.

You will receive an email with order tracking information so you can stay informed about the shipping status at all times.

Domestic shipments will be attempted on the first try. If this attempt fails, the shipment will be forwarded to the nearest collection point to ensure delivery, given the high volume of shipments.

Doble Pivote SL will not be responsible for errors caused in delivery when the delivery address entered by the User in the order form does not correspond to reality or some data has been omitted.
