Refund Policy

To return a product to Doble Pivote, you can do so by emailing admin@doblepivote.com. In the email, you can choose between a refund, an exchange of garments, or a size. The refund will be issued automatically once the package has been checked in our warehouse. The return period cannot exceed 14 days from the date the customer receives the package at their home.

If the product shows signs of use, Doble Pivote may reject the return and return the package to the customer, who will be responsible for the cost of the new shipment. In the event of a defect, manufacturing defect, or having received the incorrect item, please send an email to admin@doblepivote.com with a photo, and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible. When making an exchange or return, these will be the charges associated with picking up and shipping the order to our warehouse:

1. Exchanges Spain Peninsula: €3.90 shipping cost, no additional cost for the new garment.

2. Returns to mainland Spain: €3.90 shipping cost.

3. Gift card: No additional cost. Only applicable to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.

4. Changes or Returns Balearic Islands: €8.90

5. No exchanges or refunds are accepted for Ceuta, Melilla, the Canary Islands, Europe, or the Rest of the World.
